As we live busy lives, I'm sure everyone appreciates our valuable time. I kindly ask if you require to cancel any services with me, please do so within 48 hours of your appointment. No refunds or make up sessions will be honoured if you fail to inform me in a timely manner therefore charges will be applied as time slots are limited. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
